Special Media Solutions is working in combination with HMP Altcourse, to deliver a book returns and disposal management system used by book publishers and distributors.  The system was running on an on a collection of ad-hoc software components that required complex and error prone manual processing to amalgamate the data and communicate information to the relevant distributors and publishers.

Mission Critical Software was asked to provide a comprehensive hardware and software solution to replace all of the ad-hoc software with a new multi user database system that automatically distributes data to the relevant distributors/publishers on a scheduled basis, read the full story here.

Scope Engineering  is a small automation company with a good working relationship with TNT the parcel couriers.  When Scope was asked to provide a control system to double check consignments being shipped via TNT by one of its large contract customers they contacted Mission Critical Software Ltd.
